The questions. The answers.

My eyes glistened of green
Surrounded by yellow mending fences
Weeping behind the tall grass
Where a tantalizing song begins.
My eyes searched for answers,
I let the bird on the perch sing to me.

1. What makes this world?
It is made of blindfolds and paper cranes and dark skies,
But remember, there's a new star every night.
And the world sprouts and shouts with its roots entangling your heart.
A whole tree shouldering up, tossing and swaying in the air by the sun's magic hands.
When it pulls you in its arms and sweeps you off your feet, let the chains break.

2. Who am I?
I am crumpled up memories
And bones picked up and sewn into a body
And a soft heart crawling its way out of the darkness.
I am trying to give my soul a name that fits
Till then

3.Let me sing to you the song of who are you?
You are bones and flesh.
And whole.
And like the moon, are constantly remaking yourself.
Did I tell you, you are all the more beautiful for it?
See, on the nights when you can no longer hear the sound of moonlight,
Remember, that you are here
And the stars are here
And that is all that matters.
But did you know you look beautiful in the light too?
Will you let your new word for life
be light's new word for home?

It sang to me the song of life.
Follow me, i'll sing the rest.
